Men's Classic Tank Top

Some styles don't need reinventing — they need to be made right, every single time. That's the philosophy behind TanknTop's Classic Tank Top, a 100% ring-spun cotton essential built on three generations of knitwear manufacturing experience.

Made in Our Own Factory, Not Outsourced

This tank top is knit, cut, and stitched entirely in-house at our Faisalabad facility, on our own circular knitting machines, by our own cutting and stitching teams. We don't subcontract production to third parties — which means the fabric batch you approve in a sample is the same batch your bulk order ships in. No surprises between sample and production.

The Fabric, and Why It's Built This Way

  • Composition: 100% ring-spun cotton, single jersey knit

  • Weight: 155 g/m² — light enough for a sleeveless layer, dense enough to resist see-through fabric and shape loss

  • Fit: Regular fit, true-to-size across a full S–3XL range

  • Neckline: Clean crewneck, sleeveless construction

Ring-spun cotton is tighter and stronger than open-end cotton — which is why this tank top resists pilling and holds its shape wash after wash. That's a detail that matters more at scale, when your customers are judging your brand on year-two wear, not day-one first impressions.

Certified Quality, Not Just Claimed

This style is produced under our OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications — meaning the fabric is tested safe for skin contact and the production process follows a documented, internationally recognized quality management system. Not an in-house promise with nothing behind it.

Capacity That Matches Your Growth

Our factory runs 12 circular knitting machines with a daily knitting capacity of 4 tons, supporting production of 20,000+ units a day across our full range, including tank tops. Whether you're ordering a first test batch or scaling into repeat bulk orders, our capacity is built to grow with your order size — not become your bottleneck.

FAQs

Is 155 g/m² heavy enough to not show through, or too thin for bulk buyers' quality expectations?

155 g/m² is a deliberate mid-weight choice for a tank top — heavy enough to hold its shape and avoid see-through fabric, but light enough to stay breathable for gym or summer wear. It's noticeably sturdier than the ultra-thin fabric used in many mass-market basics, without adding unnecessary bulk.

Since this is ring-spun cotton, will it shrink after repeated washing?

Ring-spun cotton is tightly spun and more stable than open-end cotton, so shrinkage is minimal under normal washing conditions. We can provide a wash-test report on request so you can verify shrinkage tolerance before committing to a bulk order.

Can I order this style in a size range outside S–3XL if my market needs it?

Our standard range is S–3XL, but our in-house cutting team can grade additional sizes on request for bulk orders. Extended size runs may affect MOQ and lead time slightly, so it's best to flag this at the quote stage.

Do I need to order the full size range, or can I choose specific sizes only?

You're not required to order the entire S–3XL range. Buyers can specify their own size breakdown based on their target market — we'll confirm feasibility against MOQ when you request a quote.

Is this style available in colors outside your standard catalog?

Yes. Since production runs on our own knitting and dyeing process rather than a fixed retail catalog, custom colors can be matched to your brand's requirements, subject to minimum yardage for the dye batch.

How do I confirm the fabric is genuinely OEKO-TEX certified and not just labeled that way?

We provide OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification documentation on request, so buyers can verify the certificate number and scope directly rather than relying on a label alone.
